Yay, weight watchers!
So as of a few days ago, I’m at 262 pounds (like the image in the sidebar? I’ll be updating that whenever I remember, probably once a week). That means that since I started this diet, I’ve lost 13 pounds. I’m more happy about this than you’d think. Granted, I still have a long way to go, but seeing results of any kind is better than what I had before (i.e., eat as much of whatever I want, and stay fat). It’s also nice that these results are VERY good. My loss curve will probably shallow out in a few weeks, once my body gets used to losing weight, but I am currently filled with a personal sense of accomplishment, and fully believe that I can make my planned targets and my eventual goal weight.
If I correctly remember what my whiteboard says, my next goal is 250 pounds by my 30th birthday. That’s only 12 pounds in a whopping 116 days. I have a feeling that I’m going to overshoot that goal by a bit.
And the worst part (or best, depending on how you look at it) is that I need to buy new clothes, ‘cause these pants are falling off.
